Free Roof Inspection Leeds
No charge. No catch. No obligation.
We visit, assess the full roof and loft space checking tile and slate condition, ridge mortar, valley flashings, felt underlay, batten integrity, and soffit ventilation and give you a written summary with photographs. You find out exactly what condition your roof is in and decide what to do with that information.
Best for: any homeowner who has not had a professional check in the last three to five years, or anyone who suspects moisture ingress, roof sagging, or tile movement.
Drone Roof Inspections Leeds
High-resolution aerial imagery of your full roof with no scaffolding and no disruption.
Some problems lifted valley flashing, displaced verge tiles, ridge line deflection, and delamination on flat roof surfaces simply cannot be seen from ground level or the loft hatch. We use high-resolution drone photography to capture close-up imagery of every roof surface, ridge line, chimney stack, and flashing from directly above. Annotated images and a written condition report provided after every survey.
Best for: steep pitched roofs, inaccessible rear slopes, larger properties, and anyone wanting detailed visual evidence of their roof deck and surface condition without scaffolding costs.
Pre-Purchase Roof Inspection Leeds
A standard RICS homebuyer survey checks the roof from the ground only ours does not.
We assess the tile and slate covering, check the loft space for rafter condition, batten rot, underlay integrity, and moisture ingress evidence, and use drone imagery where access is restricted. You receive a full written condition report covering what needs attention now, what is likely to need attention within five years, and what is structurally sound.
Best for: any pre-1980 property, Victorian or Edwardian terrace, conservation area home, or any purchase where the seller cannot confirm when the roof was last inspected.
